Very effective in dry cough and cold. We always keep some in our home always

Effective better then other meds.
Its mostly sugar but somehow it is effective in improving throat and other infections. Better then hundreds of rupees of antibiotics and crap sold in market. Good buy in my opinion.

Sweetness overpower
Sweetness overpower other ingredients .. haven't expected that much sugar.. may be another product wih sugar-free varient or very low sweetness with do wonder for health. Best when used in tea without sugar
