Now this is interesting. I needed to glue back the metal drain disk to my kitchen sink, which unbelievably is made from chipboard but has been fine for years and years, amazing though that sounds. Many glues said they were waterproof, stuck wood to metal, but all failed. I spent just under £80 on glues alone and finally found this one, amongst the cheapest of all. Easy to use, it comes out if the tube like KY Jell, has no smell, and dies in about 20 minutes, ample time to adjust if need be. After 24 hours I dared to try lifting the disk but couldn’t. It has stuck the two two together well. Fingers crossed that it continues to do so but so far I can’t praise it enough......

Bought this glue as I had broken a large garden pot. Cost of replacing pot was too high so I tried this glue Wasn’t optimistic but though I’d give it a go. It’s brilliant, it did the job. Pots doing ok. Not come apart, withstanding the rain and wind. Very happy.

Just an all round great glue for crafting and jobs around the home. I originally bought this after seeing it recommended a few years ago for a craft activity I was doing but it's now my go to glue if things break around the house too as it works on so many different materials and gets a strong attachment. At one point I accidentally bought the black version of the glue which has been useful for the odd black thing I've been attaching but overall is recommend the clear glue as the most versatile. I've also found the small nozzle version a bit easier to use than this most recent purchase with the wide opening, but only marginal difference.

..........but not tacky so you have to set the joint and wait 24 hours. Unlike older solvent based rubber glues it doesn't absorb into the leather or cloth and it seems to expand so rather a mess to remove afterwards. It's more like a siloxane rubber like bathroom sealant. Next time one won't use so much. Didn't stick to shiny leather; it doesn't dissolve wax or plastic coating so the leather must be solvent cleaned, scuffed and roughened first.

EXCELLENT FinishUsed this to glue the sole back on to my 2000 Jordan 11 Space Jams. I chose this glue for its strength, waterproof capabilities and flexibility. Apply a thin coat all over and spread with a brush, allow to cure for a few mins and meet the two surfaces, then clamp together with tape. Love the way they turned out. It is well worth the price and the best glue to use, available in the UK to use for shoes/sneakers/trainers.

I use E6000 mainly for fabric purposes, ive used the original formula for years and love it, i was thrilled to try a new version, the consistency is runnier and virtually no smell, it was much easier to use. However, one wash of the items i used it on and the embellishments have fallen off, so dissapointed, back to the original stinky gloopy version for me.

Used for making a doll wig. It sticks very well. Very happy with it

Care as packaging stated, must be taken with it not to get it on your hands it does affect the skin as it did mine, my fault though, messy lid.
