BlanQuilBasic Weighted Blanket (Grey, 15)

I am very disappointed with this blanket. The beads don’t stay in place. They all fall to the edge so I have no weight on me when I am trying to sleep. The stitching on the edge of blanket unraveled within a week. And it leaves sandy debris in my bed. It is definitely not what I expected for the price.

I like the Navy color, the weightedness of the blanket itself, and the quality of the blanket. However, it can be very warm and I find myself kicking it off the bed during the night. I did gift one to my 26 y/o god child who swears by it. Not sure if it is improving my sleep, but I will continue to use it as long as it doesn't affect my normal sleep patterns.

I was skeptical that this weighted blanket would help to solve sleep problems for a family member but was pleasantly surprised that it does seem to help them sleep through the night. If you are like many people who are having sleep problems, give this natural option a try before pills or medication and you may not need them. It probably won't work for everyone and may have mixed results for other but is worth a try when you consider the importance of sleep.
