A very good housing for a boat stereo. Sturdy and well made.
I needed a new stereo housing for my Duffy and this worked out great. The housing has a solid feel and doesn't feel like cheap plastic. Installation was easy and comes with a gasket to make a nice seal against my console. Once installed, my new stereo looked really nice with this new housing. The spring loaded, tinted waterproof cover works well and looks nice. I'm really happy with it. As with all stereo mounts, double check your measurements before ordering. You want to order the right one the first time.

It is larger than the normal face of the radio, takes a bit larger hole, and I did not see a template

Didn’t work for my setup but seems ok
The quality of the cover seems good. The springs that hold the cover down came off quickly so I’m not sure how long it would last. I returned it becuase it was so much bigger than the cutout for my boat radio, I couldn’t use it without cutting into the fiberglass. I bought the flip down cover instead.

Has kept my non marine head unit dry for two seasons, was a good purchase would definitely recommend to save yourself from losing a head unit due to water.
