As stated in the instructions, DO NOT USE "Quick Mode" for extended periods of time because it can damage the unit! I did use Quick Mode continuously for several days, and the unit quit working within days! Fortunately, I was able to return it and get a replacement. The unit makes no noise whatsoever which is great because I use it on my nightstand with the mist director flowing out around the head of the bed. It's ben a blessing for my sinuses. No more waking up with my nose, mouth and sinuses dry as a bone! I set the knob at about the 5 o'clock position and never any further and certainly never again using the Quick Mode. I want this one to last a long time! If I was able to redesign the unit, I would eliminate the Quick Mode and make the highest setting safe to operate without burning out the unit. I would also have the fill cap on the inside of the top cover/mist director instead of on the bottom of the tank. One tankful at the setting I use lasts about 4 days before needing a refill.

I bought 2 same humidifier for both of my kids . It always bothered them because of the voice.that is why I want to buy the different one for myself.when I received the item I can not wait to use it.it is surprised me. I can not hear any voice when it operates.and I can control mist output whatever I want.Because my room is very big. It has a capacity of 5l, which is very suitable for large rooms. The most important thing is that it can operate continuously for a long time. That's what I totally want.

When I first turned on the product, I can honestly say I was very pleased with how quiet it was, even a bit surprised. It was barely even a soft hum and one could sleep in the room while it is in operation no problem. Overall it is very simple to fill, clean, and operate. The design is sleek and pleasing to the eye. It fits well within a room without sticking out like a sore thumb. The differing levels in how much moisture the machine can pump out is great and gives great flexibility. On between 55-65% max output, it was lasting over 24 hours.After nearly a week of using the product, it began to get extremely loud. Most of the time it now sounds like a prop plane revving its engines. It is VERY loud. Randomly in the middle of the night it will start with a very loud buzzing noise. It's awful. It's so loud that it has woken up me, my wife and my infant in the dead of night. I try to turn it off and back on over and over - sometimes it temporarily fixes the problem, other times no such luck. Needless to say going to sleep wondering if the machine will raucously 'buzz' the room awake is unpleasant.If the product would have remained as quiet as it did the first few days to a week we used it, I would highly recommend it. However now it is so loud that it is impossible to sleep in the same room and would certainly be a major distraction if operating in a room where people are having a conversation. I guess if the TV was on loud enough you could drown out the noise but it would have to be pretty loud. Perhaps ours is defective since most reviews are overwhelmingly positive (which is why I bought the product) but who knows? It could be worth the risk with so many good reviews but it appears getting a defective/loud unit is possible.

I have to rewrite my review, although I still use this product and it works great, this product is extremely hard to clean. Any humidifier eventually will inhibit mold, however it should be fairly easy to clean. This one is really hard to get the mold out. Especially the top part nozzle gets covered in pink mold inside, but there's no way to get in there and clean it. I am adding the picture to show where mold is stuck (pink stuff inside the top cover) and practically impossible to clean. I would definitely return the product if it wasn't too late.

I really like this humidifier. I have one in white and black to match the decor in their respective rooms. They hold a lot of water, which means less refills. The output of mist is great. It is quiet and the diffuser works well. My only tiny complaint is that I wish I could twist the nozzle to redirect the stream of mist.

We used to have an evaporative humidifier but it got really dusty because we live in the desert and it was very hard to clean. Plus we had to change the filter almost every month and it cost too much so I was looking for a large ultrasonic humidifier as a replacement. This humidifier holds 5 litters of water and it lasts 12 hours on high/quick mode. Easy to clean as well. You will know before it runs out of water but it automatically turns off when there’s no water anyway. It’s super quiet. No sound at all. One thing though, the knob lights up and it’s a little too bright when we sleep but other than that this works great.

I had a humidifier before I purchase this one. What is good about is that you don't have to refill water all the time (can last up to 40 hrs). Also, it is quiet. Great product!

I bought this humidifier for my office because we have air conditioner on 24/7. I would definitely recommend this one because it's super quiet and you can adjust the mist level. What I love the most is its appearance. It looks high end and the size is perfect for an office desk and for the night stand in the bedroom!
