Great price. Fast shipping. Excellent quality for the price, and actually better than 2 other types that cost 145 each! The focus and zoom locations make them fast to setup. No seal lockup issues, this problem happens a lot in cheap domes, when assembling and doing final adjustment, the outer locking ring will not line up and can cause cross threading. Out of 2 dozen, none of these had any color, flicker, or power issues.

I needed a wide angle camera and this does the job. Having to use a screwdriver to zoom and focus is inconvenient . And if wall mounting extra standoff is needed because of the cable stiffness.

These cheaper model "Ball" cameras have impressed me with their performance. This particular model is very nice with the White gloss finish of the casing, it looks great mounted under overhangs of the house. I've always liked the design of these "Ball" cameras with their ease of mounting. Aiming can be little annoying.This model has IR LEDs and the vari-focal lens. These cheaper models do NOT have an Auto-Iris built in. Light is controlled by the Electronic Shutter, which makes accurate focusing easy during daylight. Zoom and Focus adjustments are external and very easy with a small flat-head driver (included). This Model camera also does NOT have a ICR filter. Color during the day is a little off. The IR LEDs are good on this model, they have a good throw distance but their beam is a little narrow. One great thing about this camera, the B/W image at night is not grainy at all, this camera has very good noise reduction built in. I would say that the Resolution is about half to what is stated in the description.

I have this camera for six months. It gets very poor pictures and moistures gets inside lens. At night the B/W very blury. can not see very good. Images setting can not do anything. It just look ok outside. very poor quality inside. Not recommend this.

This is the 4th different make/model of camera I have tried on my system. It is the worst and to me has no better quality picture than the 400TVL model I borrowed from a friend to try out. It has very similar specs as the 1st camera I bought, the Evertech EV-CDM368IRV, which I have been more than impressed with for a few dollars more. The Starview is much more grainy during the daytime and at night is mostly unusable as it is washed out by the IR lights. I have not had a clear day to take a daytime comparison picture, but I will try and update.The picture attached has the Evertech in the upper left corner, labeled "Yard 1". It is very clear at night and if it weren't for the palm leaf in the center, wouldn't appear so bright and white. I have had it for about 2 years and have been more than impressed day and night.The upper right is the Starview which I have had for only a few days, I made the decision to return it the first night as it is either defective or very poor quality based on the specs listed in comparison to the Evertech.The bottom left labeled "FR DOOR" is the BW® BWA7D 1/4'' 700TVL Indoor Camera, it has also been great for the price, around $20, and I have used it outdoors (whoops) for roughly a year under my eave with no issues and a clear picture during the day and night. It has a plastic housing unlike the two other dome cameras.Bottom line, you cant expect much for the price but for $10 more there are better options. I try to use reviews for buying these types of items and especially when the reviewers include actual pictures, but these cameras seem to be hit and miss in general. Hope this helps.

I got this as a warehouse deal and I'm very pleased with it, nice picture, great field of view, overall it's a huge upgrade to the cameras that came with the system and it's nice to be able to zoom in on an area and to be able to refocus so easily.

I gave these only 3 stars because I purchased 3 and each one acted a little different. I like the adjustment screw but it seems like it’s going to brake before you get it to the desired view. Although the picture was nice I switched the camera out and the second one looked a litter clearer. I would recommend this camera for someone that needs a general view, if you’re looking for precision keep looking.
