Really impressed with this paella pan. Perfect size for a really impressive meal for 6. Restaurant quality product.

Great

The bottom isn’t flat and because of the dome in the middle it doesn’t heat evenly. The liquid collects around the edge of the pan so anything sat in the middle dries out and doesn’t cook properly. Ah well, didn’t pay a lot so what did I expect! Will need to shell out for a better one.

This item as delivered was showing correct model number on it but was silver not black, was not enamelled and was only 4cm deep. Returned, obviously.

The weekend after it arrived I cooked a lovely paella from a recipe on a morning tv show, it was lovely.The pan is very sturdy the right size for a family meal
