I have been struggling with three issues for last 6 years - IBS-C, Histamine Intolerance and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Probiotics for IBS would drive my Histamine up and without Probiotics my gut wouldn't heal to allow for proper digestion. I had gotten used to stomach aches, difficult BM and lack of good night sleep for years. First day I took this with my lunch, it suddenly felt like my stomach was flat (i.e. I did not feel anything in my stomach at all as if there is a vacuum inside). I had some rashes (far fewer than I was getting with other probiotics though). But guess what, I had a perfectly normal digestion and BM the next day. First time in years. After taking it for a week, my stomach aches are 80% gone. Gassiness, heartburn - all that is gone. Sleeping well as well. Not worried about eating out or at parties anymore. Only thing I would add here - I do maintain low histamine diet and take half teaspoon of plain psyllium husk (not Metamucil / flavored, simple plain). God sent.

It is an excellent probiotic for people concerned with histamine and we will appreciate to find it also in France at a resonable price.

For months my throat and tongue would swell in the middle of the night while sleeping whenever I would eat food I didn’t freshly prepare. It was all so random! I really thought “they” were putting something in the food (maybe so 🧐) until I discovered this product. Wow. I have not needed to take an antihistamine since using this. Turned out I had a bad gut 🥴.

Let me start by saying obviously talk to your doctor before starting any supplements. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome, dysautonomia, MCAS, and have never been able to tolerate probiotics. After doing some research on MCAS I found this recommended through some of the MCAS Dr. blogs. I did not have high hopes, but I wanted to try some thing to improve my gut health. I started very slowly by opening the capsule and diluting in water. Started with roughly 1/4 of a capsule for a week moving up to 1/2 of a capsule the next week, 3/4 of a capsule the following week and finally up to one whole capsule. Your pacing may be different/even slower than mine. I did have some initial itching, but I simply increased my antihistamines, and it improved rather quickly. I’ve been on it for three months now and so far so good, but of course we are all different. I would be mindful about when your probiotic will be delivered. I’ve had Amazon drivers leave it at the wrong door and it’s been sitting out in the sun in over 70 degree weather. Just something to keep in mind. Best of luck!

I did a lot of research to find a probiotics I don't react to, I have histamine intolerance so I am not able to consume products containing any fermentation at all. I also suffer from food Intolerance and gluten sensitivities so I suffer malabsorption and a host of ailments. This brand of probiotics has been really good for me along with everything else I am currently taking to heal my gut and just for general wellness and quality life. A very good product if you need to be taking a probiotic and suffer from any type of food Intolerance... this of course is my experience and opinion.

I was really excited about this product due to it being good for histamine intolerance and MCAS and I know others mentioned they had a significant decrease in bloating but I instantly noticed I kept swallowing air unintentionally, which normally happens to me when I have gluten or yeast and now I’m extremely gassy as well. I don’t know if the shipping process was the issue bc it has to be refrigerated though it felt cold when I picked it up, but it does kind of feel like drinking kombucha or beer something that most ppl with HI or MCAS have big reactions to. Anyways I am really not feeling good and I am not as sensitive as others have mentioned really disappointed.

I purchased this for the specific strains of probiotics included. I also learned this mix/dosage is not as likely to have adverse affects for someone just starting a probiotic regimen. My experience is that this is true. Also, the capsules are much smaller than most supplements and much easier to swallow. On the whole I would recommend this for someone who wants to start a probiotic program slowly but surely rather than jump in at the deep end right away. Consistence is key however and you need to continue for some time before you can evaluate results overall.

I used this probiotic complex during (and shortly after) a harsh antibiotic treatment for H.Pylori (the stomach bacteria). My gut restored its normal function very fast. I was taking this probiotic along with Jarrow Ideal Bowel Support so I can't tell which one exactly helped me. Both probiotics are also suitable for people that are trying to lower their histamine levels. The type of bacteria used in both products not suppose to contribute to histamine levles and some of them suppose to decrease it as well as prevent H.Pylori growth. So a good choice if you have H.Pylori and/or Histamine Intolerance.
