I was excited to get my "hat" and try it on. I love how big the brim is - shields my face very well. The only issue I have with it is how it sits on my head - I can't quite get it small enough to fit so it doesn't quite fit properly. And once I got the velcro to hold positioning it to be as small as possible, the 2 curved brim edges on the back side rubbed uncomfortably on my neck.It's super adorable, and I like how it looks - I'm gonna try to do some adjustments myself because I really like the style.

I live in Texas. So the sun is extremely hot. This straw hat does it job. I use to have the hat top cover. However i think this hat have the top expose keep my hair a break from the heat from the hat. It can be fold up and easily put in bag. It save a lot of space and keep the hat in shape. The rubber rope attach in the back help keep the hat in place. This design is a plus.Of course, i do not stay at the sun direct for long time. If you are planning to stay at the sun for long time i do not recommend this because you might burn your hair lol.

Don't get me wrong, I DO like the hat. I just have a smaller than normal head, I think. Hats and headbands and headsets are always too big on me, on the lowest possible size. Because of that I didn't end up wearing this hat on the beach in the wind - I was too afraid it would blow off! I may add an extra piece of velcro to it, in order to make it secure for a smaller size.

Indeed a wide brimmed hat! Ideal if you don't want to put on sunscreen on your face. Looks very nice, from heavy duty material, expect it to last long (but somewhat lighter would perhaps have been better for the summer heat). It is foldable without leaving folding marks. I also like the color that goes with everything. It fit me perfectly so maybe it is a little bit on the large side. The (practical) flat back has a decorative (but simple) bow.

I had ordered a hat that advertised upf 50. What came was a different product (sun visor). I corresponded with the maker and finally got a hat that seemed like what I had ordered, but I am not sure that it is exactly the product I had expected in the first place.The hat we have now is reasonably good and fits. I just wish the whole process had been less complicated and that I could be satisfied about the sun protection factor.

The full hats a usually too small for my head since I usually on vacation with braids or weave. This visor was adjustable and ver fashionable. I’m thinking of getting the black. It definitely does the job of keeping the sun off your face. Just be certain to pin it down or hold it down when it gets too breezy. Loved the hat

Great hat...perfect if you have alot of hair and like to wear it in a bun. Provides complete protection for your face. Rolls up easily and comes with its own little bag to keep it in. Great price!

Cute, great coverage! Keeps my face sun free! The back does bump on my seat and cause it to shift a bit but that would happen with any wide brim hat.
