Thoughts on the product-Ill start off by saying I am 21 years old, 5'10 and 183-185 pounds, I have been working out seriously for about 2 years now and I have tried many prework outs. Some of my favorites being Superpump max, SAN fierce domination, and a lot of the small scoop high stimulant products like craze, so I have a high tolerance for stimulants.First of all this was my first time using any GAT product and I must say I have been very impressed. Ill start with the flavor, I chose Green Apple flavor, which was very unique tasting compared to other green apple flavors I’ve tasted, it gave off a very sour aftertaste but was sweet as well, the closest thing to compare it too would be sour candy which was a plus for me, I thought the flavor was outstanding. One thing I also noticed was compared to other pre-workouts that sometimes can take 20-30 minutes to really kick in you start feeling the effects of Nitraflex minutes after you take it , which is a plus for anyone in need of very quick energy.I personally have never been a fan of the tingles that Beta-alanine provide, however this preworkout features beta-alanine (as carnosyn) dosed at just the right amount, it was not too overpowering to handle. When it comes to vascularity this product is hands down the best I have experienced. The pumps were outstanding and it was a product that left me feeling pumped even hours after my workout, it really works as a great vasodilator where some products claim to fail this one does not.Energy wise it was great, this product contains 325 mg of caffeine in each scoop, as well as a few other stimulants, so it is not for someone who is very stimulant sensitive, but it is for someone that needs a great boost of energy before a workout.This product also mixed rather well, there was usually no residue left in the bottom of the shaker when I was done drinking it.I also thought this product was unique as a preworkout because it also claims to boost testosterone, using Calcium fuctopyranose borate CFB US PATENTED, although I can not back up these claims nor did I see any significant effects over the past few weeks using the product testosterone boost wise, I must say it has worked well all around as a preworkout.I have just purchased a second tub of watermelon, the flavor is good, but not as good as green apple in my opinion. Overall I really liked Nitraflex, it retails anywhere from $32-$38 and contains 30 servings per container, so that puts you at a minimum of $1.06 per serving which is a little high but if you have the money and are looking for a good pre I would say its well worth it.Rating-Mixability-10Taste-10Price Per Serving- 8Energy-10Pumps-10Overall Rating- 9.6/10

I love this pre workout. The extra blast it gives to start my workout at 3:30 am is needed. It doesn't leave a horrible after taste like most pre workouts do. I believe it is well worth the cost. I generally mix it with 6-12 ounces of water every morning. It takes less than 30 seconds. Then bam I'm off to having a well charged day.

Bought this long time ago with a different design outside.1. Metal focus is out of this world .2. Vascularity muscle pump. I can literally see this even over my muscle long sleeve t shirt3. Continuous strength throughout my weight training.Back in the weight training game. Threw away other pre workouts bought at walmart . Can't believe i bought them in the first place. You would think after many year this would improve . Nope! I'm back with GAT

The ingredients within this pre-workout are good, and it's clear the quality is there. Of the flavors I have tried I've got to give the best flavor to Fruit Punch hands down, it mixes clean and the taste isn't ridiculously overpowering like say, the blue raspberry. When I take the pre-workout I definitely feel a huge boost during my workout, and I experience a slight "tingling" sensation in my fingers, ears, etc. There are two issues I've had with the product, however.1. The first is that the first time I purchased the powder, it was extremely caked and clumped. I had to bust it up myself and it was as if moisture had infiltrated the package, even though it was clearly wrapped and sealed. I only had this issue one time, the rest of the time the powder was good and clean.2. The second is the "proprietary blend". I'm not a fan of hidden blends, I like to know just how much of each item is in the mix. For instance, this could have a huge amount of fillers or the inappropriate amounts of the elements you need for a good blend, but you'll never know how much since it's hidden behind the "proprietary" label. Realize you are also getting 325mg of caffeine per serving. I have a massive caffeine tolerance, but it's possible someone else might have a different experience. The entirety of the mix is also 10g. I'm not sure that's enough to get what you'd really want in a strong pre-workout mix, especially if you are shooting for say, 5-8g of Citrulline Malate. You could double up the mix, but it says it's not a good idea, and you'd be dealing with 650mg of caffeine from your pre-workout alone, which is an insane amount.All in all, it's a good pre-workout, but not the best. I will be looking for a pre-workout that gives me exact measures of the various items within its blend so I know what I'm getting.

Do not drink this anytime soon before going to bed. Follow instructions!! Gives you a blast of energy and your work outs are much stronger and better. This stuff really works!

First off I like the taste, if mixed properly it taste like a blueberry club soda type of drink. Secondly, the pump I get out of this is great, as a test I did a couple sets of 20 pushups before taking it and after I took it I got a boost and went for multiple sets of different variation pushups and still felt the urge to do even more. The Niacin itch isn’t too powerful like most pre workouts, definitely didn’t feel it much in my face and ears.

Do yourself a favor and buy this! It really works! Best preworkout ever!
