I kept getting ads popping up on social media for grounding products and I was curious. I never trust the companies that advertise there so headed to Amazon instead. I decided to try this pillowcase because I was a bit skeptical and this was a less expensive way to give it a try. The material of the pillowcase is nothing special and maybe a little rough at first. I researched to see if I could put another pillowcase over the top but no, this one has to come in contact with your skin. I tried it and it really wasn't bad to sleep on at all. The construction seems good and I haven't had any problems with, or really even noticed, the lead and wires. So the first couple nights I was like "yeah, I don't know". I kind of quit thinking about it until probably a week later when I suddenly realized that for the first time in ages, I was sleeping solid from the time I went to bed until about 4:00 in the morning. I usually wake up at least once before that with a hot flash or an aching back so this was a huge improvement for me! Then I realized I was falling back to sleep after that and getting between 2 and 3 additional hours of sleep instead of tossing and turning until I finally gave in and got up like I used to and I was definitely having fewer hot flashes... probably only one at that 4:00 time. I am so extremely happy with this technology that I'm actually going to try a sheet to see if it will help my husband like it's helped me! I have to say, just give this pillowcase and the technology a try. It turned me from a healthy skeptic to a true believer 😊

I have been using a grounding mat for a couple months and it has helped with sleep and pain relief in varying degrees. But this pillow case just took my rest to a new level! I have suffered with insomnia for many years, am trying to wean myself off of sleeping medication and have tried everything, including a sleep study, magnesium, sleep patches, changing my diet and intermittent fasting, to be able to sleep well again. Last night, I fell asleep almost instantly upon laying down, and only got up twice to use the bathroom (I usually get up 5 or 6 times). I dreamed but the dreams were pleasant and not memorable. And my cat, who usually sleeps at the foot of my bed or at my husband's feet, curled up on the pillow next to me and relaxed completely through the night (he is generally a nervous cat and often leaps up at the smallest sound). The fabric on this is slightly rough, but I'm used to sleeping on a silk pillowcase. Nevertheless, I was comfortable. The challenge is threading the cord through my bed to the longer wire that goes out my bedroom window and down to the grounding rod (I live in an older house without grounded outlets). But that is a small thing for a sound and refreshing sleep. I'm ordering another for my husband now!

Great grounding! Did notice benefits of better sleep and reduced joint pain. A little stiffer material than a typical pillow case. Which is why 4 stars otherwise I would have said 5. Very good price and quality grounding.

FRAUD ALERT! If ZERO was an option, it would be ZERO! There is NO CONDUCTIVITY in the "wires" in the sheet, nor in the cord, which likely means there's no wire in the plastic cord. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Just wish we had conducted this test a year ago when we first bought a king sheet & 2 pillow cases. Not to mention, it's a very stiff, scratchy sheet that we've endured for a year, which requires special laundering and must be hung dry. 🤦‍♀️ Video evidence attached. AMAZON SHOULD REMOVE THIS PRODUCT & BAN THE COMPANY FROM THEIR PLATFORM! IT'S FRAUD & THEFT!

I was really looking forward to these pillow cases due to my interest in experimenting with earth grounding. I read other reviews before purchasing, and saw there were some issues with connectivity. I tested all components with a multimeter for continuity. (I purchased 2 cases, and both had identical problems.) The fabric had good continuity pinning from multiple different locations to itself. There was intermittent continuity to the snap on the pillow. The lead used for connecting the pillow to the wall had no continuity on the snap end to the wire (checked by sticking a straight pin thru insulation in the middle of the wire, and testing to either end). The end that u insert into the wall had good continuity. Fix: I dug thru my wife’s sewing supplies and found some large snaps. I used a leather hole punch to cut out a small hole next to the original snap, careful not to cut any silver thread. The hole was located where the snap’s edges would overlap 3 silver threads for maximum continuity. I cut the snap end off the lead (wire). Then stripped back the insulation, and soldered the wire to the inside of the female snap before it was assembled. The snap was crimped together, sandwiching the soldered wire between. Just put a dab of hot glue around the wire base to the snap for extra security. AFTER THE FIX: perfect continuity from the wall end of the lead to the silver wires in the pillow case. The FIX takes about 20 min per pillow case. Would have returned the product, but assume to find similar issues on other products. The fabric was the important part, and it seemed well made.

This is amazing and works. This fixed my TMJ within 3 night’s sleeping on it. My upper and lower jaw were Misaligned. Had happened over the years. I thought it was just a part of aging. Had read that grounding had helped some people with that and inflammation. Well it truly does. There is no longer a gap between my upper and lower jaw now. Before they didn’t even touch anymore. Had trouble eating. No more now. Also my knees don’t hurt anymore. Inflammation is gone. I lay down during the day also when possible now. With all the cell towers going up this is one way to try and help your body naturally from all this wireless connectivity we have now. I’m going to eventually get several sets. Good quality too.

Well, I wanted to try the sheets but my husband was skeptical so I thought I would just get the pillowcase and try it. I did not tell him that it came in I just put it on my pillow and plugged it in. I did not think about it when I went to bed but when I got up in the morning my husband asked me if I by chance got the grounding pillowcase. I said yes why. He said because you fell asleep while we were talking. I also noticed when I woke up in the middle of the night that I was able to get back to sleep easily. I will update in a week and see how it goes. .
