This is my very first Amazon review. I felt inclined to write this due to the amazing quality and taste of this product. I was instructed by my doctor to start eating one spoonful of fermented food per day to start, and let me say that I didn't want to stop at one spoonful. I have also tried the purple cabbage variety from this same seller, and that is equally as delicious. I am so happy to be supporting a small business, and I will continue my gut health journey by eating this product, and I can't wait to try her other varieties.

Thank you for making this Kim Chi! It is by far the best Kim Chi that I have tasted. The cabbage in most Kim Chi Products are chopped too big. Wise Goat not only has Napa cabbage but also carrots, daikon, radish, green onions, and spices, all chopped smaller.

I have been using this product for years and find it to be consistently excellent in quality. I add a little Tamari to it for taste, but that's just me. The only issue has been with the packaging - the occasional cracked or broken container.But with the latest shipment the new packaging did an very impressive job, no issues at all.Now a perfect product has perfect shipping.
