Normally great - but this one was a faulty return sold as new
We have lots of older ones of these with our excellent Genius Hub system. They are quite old, and the technology has improved a lot, so I decided to replace one that often loses connection in the top corner of our house.Sadly the item supplied looked like a return (battered box and labelled Dec-2019) and just registered "unrecognised device" on our system. I have replaced with a new one that works fine, so it looks like a one-off issue, the low rating is because the seller charged postage on the faulty return...
