Used it during a prep and kept my blood sugar level and md upright! Tasted fantastic too!

Great product. I use it for a frail elderly person who needs pureed foods. It was recommended to me by a wound care professional and has been great for getting additional protein into drinks and foods. The flavor is strong, so I would prefer smaller bottles so you could use multiple flavors at once to mix it up a little. Product expires 3 months after opening, so I only open one bottle/flavor at a time.

Can see the effectiveness of this pretty fast. I bought this for my mom. She was bed bound and had bedsores. A nurse recommended this for her. Mom liked the taste! So that’s half the battle. I can’t proof it scientifically, but his seems to help with her bedsores. They seem to heal quicker.

While this protein liquid contains enough protein to speed up healing and recovery time after surgery or just to achieve optimum health, it tastes like Robitussin. (This is at least the way the grape flavor tastes). I didn’t opt for any other flavor because I didn’t like them. However, grapes usually winds up hot or miss. This flavor has a sugary taste to make it more palatable but I think it decreases the nutritious potential. Since my surgery, I take this at least once a day to substitute for a meal or to hold me over. If I know that I’m going to have a high carb meal, I take this prior to ensure I don’t fill up on the carbs and to balance out the meal. I’m not sure if I’ll continue this brand because the flavor is very sugary and I hate the aftertaste but sadly it tastes better than some of the other brands that are out there so maybe I just need to pick a different flavor.

Foul odor and taste. I couldn't risk giving it to my mother, who is recovering from surgery. It was sealed, so I think that's just how it is. I got a similarly named brand also in cherry, wasted quite a bit of money on this.

Very good quality.

It works well if you can get it down! It is very tart and hard for me to swallow and keep down.
