Hoping this really lowers blood sugar. Still testing it out.

I like to partake in some drinks on the weekends but being 40, the next day is horrible even if I didn't get trashed! I have noticed that by taking these daily, I no longer feel like garbage the day after having some drinks!

I've been trying to find hangover prevention/cures and this is the best thing I've found so far. I take 2 before I start drinking, ideally 30 mins before. And I take 2 more pills after I drink. Is it a lot of pills? Well, yeah but it beats getting a hangover! It's not 100% effective depending on what/how much I eat, how much water I drink, what type of alcohol did I drink etc but I found that it really helps!

I purchased this because I read that this ingredient can absorb fat from your meals and cause less calories to be absorbed by your body. I can’t be sure whether it actually did this or not. There wasn’t a huge difference.
