Excellent hatch rate, minor tweak to avoid the leak
Works great with a little tweak and the egg mix hatches wonderfully. I will be buying some more of the egg mix. I did need the add plumbers tape to the bottle cap, you also need to remove the ring that's left after removing the cap. It provides a good stand for the bottle but it did leak until I added the plumbers tape. I keep it in a wide bowl in case it were to leak again but it has not.

Did it's job, but shouldn't cost what it does.
It did it's job, and the mix was a lot easier than doing it yourself, but I don't think it has to cost as much as it does, especially considering you need a baby brine net to rinse the hatchlings with if you are feeding to freshwater fish.

Perfect Transaction
Best price and fast shipping. I also wanted to mention that I notice some of the reviews listed leaks were an issue causing some not so satisfied customers. But decided to try it anyway due to not having many other options and the price seemed reasonable. Right away it started leaking. However was happy to discover that the leak occurred because I hadn't tightened well enough. The hatchery is a very good product and very easy to use.

Good simple brine hatchery
Super easy to use. Most eggs hatched and I had no leaking after taking the ring off the soda bottle. Wish it came with a strainer though. Ended up using a coffee filter.

Not worth it
Worse product I ever bought to be honest. It leaked because the holes was to big for the stem and pushed water through the hose back to the aerator no matter how strong...I would return it but it's not worth my time for something cheaply made at a cheap cost..

Spectacularly average
It does the job well enough. There's nothing to be excited about. It's a very simple system. The base screws directly into a two liter bottle. While the base is suspiciously light, I have not had any issues with the filled bottle tipping over. I have had issues with the included airline tubing being slightly to large to fit snuggly on the base's nipple results in a few spills. Yield from the included brine shrimp packages has been pretty solid. It's difficult to argue with the simplicity of pooring the contents of a bag into your hatchery and starting your air pump. I'm unlikely to purchase this set again, but will likely not need a replacement (short of an upgrade) for a considerable time.

I like that everything is included, even the airline tubing. You do need a 2L bottle and a lamp for heat but that's it. I do wish there were more packets of eggs included but I can always buy more. My fish babies love it!

This kit works exactly as advertised, but is hard to swallow the cost knowing it likely costs less than 50 cents to manufacture. Eggs had a decent hatch rate.
