6.5 Inch - Indusclassic Himalayan Salt Lamps Therapeutic Special Quality ~ Tiny

This will be the 4th one I've purchased, 3 as gifts. I bought the medium size 3 times and this size once, as I felt the person I was sending it to would prefer this size. Everyone I've given these to just loved them and I still love mine after more than a year. I never turn mine off and the light bulb lasts for months. These cast such a lovely, warm amber/orange glow and are just bright enough to be a beautiful accent without being overpowering. This is one of those rare occasions when the actual products looks even better than the picture depicting it. I just can't say enough good things about these.....don't hesitate to purchase. You will be very glad you did so.

We purchased two of these---one for our daughter-in-law and one for us. We plugged them in and began using them immediately. Even left it on day and night to get the benefits of it we'd seen on TV. Even though the man there said they wouldn't know what to do without them (not a commercial, a story about how great these lamps were for breathing problems). My daughter-in-law has asthma and we thought it might help her and we thought one for us to aid in breathing (always useful, since it's something we all must do to live). We think they were a waste of money and would gladly give it to someone else to see if they get any benefit from it. In fact, we're going to give ours to some charity organization if we can. We just want to get rid of it.We noticed absolutely no benefit from it and our daughter in law didn't either.

the lamp stopped working after a month. Have changed the bulb.everything is OK now

I have two salt lamps that I purchased through Amazon. One by another manufacturer which cost $10 more than this lamp. Both are beautiful and create a calm and cozy ambience. The more expensive lamp has a dimmer which is a very nice feature but since I'm not using either as a night light the dimmer was unecessary. I would recommend the Indusclassic if you do not need a dimmer and want to save a few bucks.

the bulb did not come with the holder clips (what's needed to keep the bulb in the lamp) and i had to call the company's customer service. the guy said he'd send me a new bulb and he never did

I absolutely LOVE Himalayan Salt Lamps and recommend them to anyone and everyone. I ordered this particular one for my mom, and not only does it put off a lovely and peaceful glow, but the benefits of the positive ions that are released are indescribable. This salt lamp came neatly packaged and arrived in the expected time frame. My mom loves it and I am a happy customer.

I ordered the 6 inch lamp in time for Christmas to give to my boss. I have one I purchased from a store in town and decided to get her one. When it came in, I was sorely disappointed. It doesn't even stand upright, it leans to one side and if it's touched, it falls over. The whole salt lamp itself is offset from the holder. I was really hoping for a quality product since this was more expensive than the one I had bought for myself, but was let down.

I'm happy enough with this purchase. I owned a salt lamp like this before and it melted during a cross country trip from the heat. I bought this to replace it. It has one side that is nice to display and the other doesn't look as nice. That is my experience with these lamps. The pros of buying in person at a shop is you can inspect them and try to avoid imperfections if that's important to you. The pros of buying on Amazon are it saves time, energy, fuel and sometimes you can get a better deal. For those reasons, I'm satisfied with this lamp considering I didn't handpick it.I find these salt lamps to be relaxing and emit calming light. They're great to use as night lights or when you want to Feng Shui your space. They can make your home feel like a spa. They are supposed to help purify the air which I have no proof it does. I have asthma and I haven't seen conclusive evidence that this lamp works as well as an air purifier. I think it works more like certain plants known to help clean the air - it's subtle, but still a healthy, positive choice to add to the well-being of your home.
