The earbuds work as advertised. The sound quality is solid, battery life is good especially considering the portable recharge dock, they look nice and function as advertised. However there is a problem, of which is of no fault to producer, I live in the SF bay area and commute to work on BART (our train system). With all the B.T. congestion on the train and the very limited channels available for B.T. I am more often than not, not receiving a signal. So this product is just not well suited for my situation. Perhaps this type of situation should be mentioned in promotional materials so as to keep consumers better informed on the pros and cons of current bluetooth industry. I also had a pair malfunction, but when I contacted them they helped me to trouble shoot immediately and when that could not amount the issue they promptly replaced my set. They where very quick and extremely helpful.

Still working after accidentally forget'em in my coat 2 times....lol...not complaining, just amazed that how well built they are.

I just purchased these. So far these are excellent. Considering the low price, these things are excellent! The foam ear tips do a great job at blocking outside sounds. I didn't have to listen to music wide open while mowing to hear it and no ringing of the ears afterwards! Very comfortable, no soreness after 4 hours of constant use. Would recommend these to anyone and will continue to buy from Treblab.

Used for telephone calls & music. Over 4 hours battery life listening to music. Haven’t talked much with it. However people say they hear me clear.

Really disappointed with these, the Battery lasts about 15 minutes on a full charge they keep disconnecting and I found the sound quality poor, I own a pair of the treblab XR800s that I bought ove a year ago the sound quality is much better and the battery lasts for days, I wouldn't recommend these you get what you pay for as of now I contacted them but haven't heard from them since I just contacted them but will update when I hear from them. Maybe I just got a defective pair

Anteriormente los auriculares que me llegaron fueron de una calidad bastante cuestionable. Debido a que puse una mala reseña fui contactado directamente por el vendedor que luego de pedir disculpas y explicarme como la empresa estaba cambiando para bien, me enviaron totalmente gratis unos auriculares con un diseño diferente y que funciona perfectamente, es un producto de gran calidad, gracias Trelab

DON'T BUY THIS EARBUDS!!I got 2 pairs, one for me, one for my mother, both with the same problem: It keeps disconnecting, the connection between each ear is intermitent. It's very annoying to walk in the street with the audio going in and out.I'll never ever going to buy treblab pruducts again.

Works not used to these type of ear phones!
