It has all the data you could ask for in a pure work out watch
I read a lot of reviews on this watch to make sure it had all the things I was looking for. The majority of the reviews are about a year old now and all the cons about it have been fixed thanks to their firmware update in December. All I was mainly looking for was a lot more metrics to track my runs from splits, elevation gain, lap pace, current pace, heart rate and cadence. I can put all of that onto one page so I don't have to switch pages by hitting any buttons during a work out. It has pretty good daily activity tracking in terms of taking heart rate every 10 mins and your steps taken daily along with calories burned. Otherwise if you're looking for more such as tracking what you eat it's best to look elsewhere. It's purely a work out tracker from running to biking and swimming. I do like that I can also track my sleeping habits and configure my heart rate zones. The COROS App is also nicely done. All your workouts get uploaded on there and it tracks daily and weekly. It can also auto upload to your Strava account and you can externally send out data via .fit, .tcx, .gpx, .kml. and .csv files. The GPS tracker is good too, I've yet to use GLONASS or Beidou tracking systems in conjunction with GPS but the tracking can only get better with either of those. So the fact it can connect to those systems is already a big plus when I go hiking in the mountains! Overall it's a pretty good watch and I'm quite happy with it. Great bang for your buck as they say.
