Great inexpensive and durable double-stack magazine holder!
Great pouch. Saves the expense of buying individual race magazine holders. I infrequently use some handguns in sporting events and this pouch will fit the needs of many double stack magazine designs. I primarily use it for H&K Expert and S&W M&P magazines. The cover is removable and may not be necessary in action shooting sports. I have the single stack version as well and couldn't be happier. The price point is hard to beat and they are certainly durable. No issues with design, fit or finish. Thank you for reading.

Plenty of magazines for the range
This magazine holder works great and provides me with plenty of ammo at the shooting range. Well made and looks very durable.

Only good things
I have the same good things to say about this as the other Tuff holster I bought (the 8 single stack 1911 type mag pouch). Holds every type of mag in it that I use including Glock double stack mags (both 45 and 9mm) and my Sig 226 mags. Does the job excellently. My only gripe is I dont use the cover flap but thats removable so no biggie, and if I was ever to use these in the field as opposed to just at the range, I would probably actually want the flap.Overall, great product and I recommend to everyone I meet. Since single mag pouches usually go for $25 and I know lots of guys who own multiples (that are often proprietary for just one type of mag no less), I believe this is a HUGE money saver for me. Plus it gets lots of attention! 5/5!

Product exceeded my expectations
Little Background: I work for a major metropolitan police department and carry a Glock 17 at work. My 2 Mag Pouch broke after years of wear and tear and thought "why not" when I saw this 5 mag pouch case. Couldn't hurt to have double the rounds right?First off let me warn you, this thing is LARGE. It ended up being larger than I thought just looking at the pictures. Your coworkers WILL notice it. 2nd of all it has a plethora of options for securing it to you. You can loop it around a regular belt, a standard duty rig, or even attach it to a MOLLE type vest carrier. With 5 full mags inside, it will be considerably heavy, especially if you are used to just 2 mags. I've been wearing it for a few weeks now and it is comfortable. It takes up about 50% more space than a standard 2 mag pouch. At the police academy, most departments train you on the range by having you have your magazines facing upwards on your non-gun side. You shoot countless times this way building your muscle memory. This pouch will not affect your muscle memory in a high-adrenaline situation as the magazines are right where they would be when you were training. If you train yourself to grab magazines from other areas then do not get this product as you will revert back to your training and confuse yourself. The best feature of this in my opinion is that the flap that covers the mags can completely detach via velcro if you pull it hard enough. If you detach the flap in a high-adrenaline situation, opening 5 separate flaps is one less thing for you to worry about when reloading, you may need that precious fraction of a second if you actually get into a gun battle. All in all. I wish it was a little smaller, I wish TUFF made a 3 mag pouch in this fashion, but I will continue to carry this thing until it breaks or a supervisor yells at me for having too many rounds.

Works for Paintball
I got these for a molle vest to hold TiPX clips, it works great. Can use it on a vest, leg platform, etc. holds clips snug without elastic aspects. Can use 7, 12, or Zeta 20 and it seems to work.

Half the quality now
I've picked up @ 10 of these here and there over the past few years and for a premium dollar; they ain't cheap. High quality, industrial grade, maybe mil-spec. Almost required for competitive shooting and storing my mags, but after comparing the two I received today, I am more than a little sad to report changes in the design, quality of materials, and quality of construction by the manufacturer have reduced the overall product for the lesser. Inevitable I suppose. Let me clarify the pouch still protects my mags, but overall very "watered-down" and getting ready for WallyMart.

Works perfectly, as shown and reviewed.
I bought one to try it out and I am very happy with this magazine carrier. It works great with the magazines for both my Glock 26 and for my Springfield XD-45, so I had to buy another one, one for each gun. I now keep loaded magazines for each gun in their own carrier, ready to head out at a moments notice. It holds the magazines secure, yet they deploy easily when needed. I recommend this product to all my shooting buddies.
