Those are the ingredients but I would use something besides your hands to apply. I used my hands and it turned the bottom of my hands orange. Good product though

mine is the same, i believe its not like oil because its serum and smells sour because it contains vit C. I use it on my face only twice a week.

Serums go under moisturizers. This serum soaks in pretty well but you can cocktail/mix it with a moisturizer too. Hope that helps.
