Received the queen for a gift and opened it up set it on the bed and there is only one of the 2 controllers! Otherwise it’s great!

It sucks don’t buy this blanket
This product is awful I have had at least 4 of these now. I always have an issue where the controller says the blanket is not plugged in even though it is. Then when it does work it only works for about 10 minutes then I have to unplug the cord and plug it back into the blanket and turn the controller off then on again and I have to repeatedly do this. However the customer service is good since they have sent me 4 free blankets.
