Works well. I bought this as the replacement one for the same one I used for 25 years.

I love the calculator and it fits my need. Good machine and easy to use.

This is my third exact same calculator. I was a little disappointed as where number appears was a bit scratched.

It fits well on our desk, I wish it had a plastic for use when it is not being used. To keep the dust out.

All worked out…I wrote a review about my frustration trying to return this product. I requested to cancel my order as my boss didn’t need it anymore but the item was sent anyway. When I requested a return, the request was denied.Well, I bypassed Amazon completely and called the customer service rep at Victortech (Offissentials) directly and they were amazing!!! They quickly took care of my issue. They were kind, respectful and prompt. I couldn’t be more impressed!!! There is nothing wrong with the item purchased, it was just no longer needed. The product itself is great! Our company has been using this exact machine for many years but have recently switched to a whole new accounting system where we no longer have the need for this. But like I said, the machine itself is great and does all that it claims it can do.Thank you again to Victortech and Jose(orJuan) with customer service department!!!

I did not ask for a refund. I only asked for help in fixing keys that stick all of the time. This machine must have been a second. An honest seller would have had the courtesy to AT LEAST help me in finding a fix for this situation, instead of a brush off. This is not a good way to conduct business and they should be ashamed o themselves They could have told me how to fix this, but they didnt bother.
