brought one it is faulty when fitted (I am an engineer) put in a complaint it dose not control the output temp, reaches scolding feed line temperature, will not control output, anti scold not working, Four separate contacts with sellers but all they want is a picture or video to show, told them no external damage to show just not working as should, keep asking for picture and saying they do not understand " runs to top line temperature, scold control dose not work as it should",Am now having to get the money returned through credit card with aid of bank (thankfully used credit card). THEY HAVE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SEVICE. do not use them

This is load of rubbish, have told the supplier and they offered me a £6.00 discount if I was to keep it, told them know I want a full refund because it does not work, it only comes out hot, very nearly scalded myself, the supplier have said I will have to pay to return this, I said no, they should meet the cost because it is faulty, do yourself a favour and don’t buy this item

Easy to use and looks great

After 3 months uses only hot water,a replacement sent plumber had difficulties to fix.has to take the whole tube off to change the replacement.another few months the red button to control the temperature is broken.It give a 10 years warranty l thought it should be long lasting but it did not last a year.Poor product.cost me a lot of plumbing fee.!
