The freestanding bathtub faucet is beautiful in the brushed nickel color. It is very sturdy, which will likely stand up to many years of use. I love the fact that it has a swivel faucet to get it out of the way when bathing children. The customer service is excellent. They responded within minutes to get shorter water lines. I bought this faucet about 9 months ago and we are finally getting around to installing it and discovered the supply lines are too short for us to connect to our water supply. I messaged the company on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised to get a reply back right away telling me that someone would call me first thing in the morning. Sure enough at 7am (West Coast) I got a call from New York from a very pleasant woman who said she would see if she can get us 72" supply lines for free if I was willing to leave a review. I said of course! Since I have not installed the faucet yet I cannot review the product itself but to say it is very sturdy and beautiful. If you have plumbed your water source up to the floor then you will have no problem installing. If your water lines are under the floor somewhere you'll need longer supply lines because they are basically only long enough to go from the top of the faucet where they connect and run down through the post to the floor. Other than that, the install is pretty easy. I'm looking forward to using this faucet and hoping it works as nicely as it looks!

The installation of my cast iron tub and fixtures is finally done, and I couldn't be happier! The bathtub faucet is not only visually appealing, but it's also well-made. I absolutely love the matte black finish. The faucet stand is the perfect length, and the hand-held spray handle is incredibly convenient. Although I haven't had the chance to use it yet, I'm excited to experience it once my bathroom renovation is finished.

Puts out a large amount of water which I LOVE. Wand works great! I renovated my bathroom and this was part of the reno. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

This is a great faucet and the only design modification I suggest is to have the open spout tilting downwards at a slight angle so no water can stay in the open cavity due to its level being at 90 degrees. This tilting will prevent water from stagnating and leaving marks on the spout plate. Other than that this faucet is a great addition to a new standalone tub. Also the included 32 inch water hoses were too long to install the faucet on a flat tiled floor. We needed a shorter 29 inch hoses and the seller provided those quick. Thanks that was awesome.

Item came on time and undamaged. The item is of good quality and looks amazing! The supply hose was too long so we reached out to the company to see if they would supply a shorter hose. We talked with a representative who was so helpful in getting a shorter hose designed and mailed out to us in a timely fashion at NO COST to us! Great customer service.

This is a very sturdy free-standing faucet. I was surprised at how heavy it is. The installation is quite simple, but, because of the location of our water supply the hoses were too short. My plumber told me that we needed 36" hoses instead of the 30" ones that come with the product. I called the company and they were nice enough to off the longer hoses for free and with no shipping charges! We haven't finished the installation, so I can't yet say how everything works, but I am pleased with the appearance of the faucet and with how solidly constructed it seems to be.
