Q: I used a cleanser but was pink in color?

I haven't used the cleanser only the daily serum, which is clear. All the products are highly rated.

Q: Do you wash this off?

I apply the serum at night after washing my face with Glytone mild cleanser. I wash it off in the morning with a generic facial cleanser and apply a SPF # 100 sunscreen. This was recommended by my dermatologist as glycolic acid makes skin more susceptible to sunburn.

Q: What is percentage of glycolic acid?

I do not know, the company does not give a percentage, but a free acid value. Start with the lowest value and work up. Since I had previously used a 15% solution I started with the 17 free acid value. There is probably a formula to convert if you really need to know.
