At first I was skeptical of it's claims but after using it for several months now, this is what I can report- I suffer from occasional pedal edema. My doctor recommended compression socks but I hate wearing socks, especially tight ones! So I tried these supplements. I have found that if I double up the dose the first couple of days that it really does reduce the swelling. Then as long as I take it regularly it seems to keep it away. Every now and then my feet will start to get puffy so I will take 2 of these pulls and the next day my feet will be nice and skinny again. I would not say this if it wasn't true. Give it a try. If you have active swelling, take 2 pills instead of just 1. It really works. Update. I have purchased this item 10 times. It really works. Since taking regularly I have not had 1 episode of pedal edema. Anytime that my crocs start to feel a little tight I take 2 of these pills instead of just 1 and it will shrink my feet back to normal. I have taken a double dose up to 3 or 4 times sometime just to ward off any swelling but it always works after a day or two. Whenever I let myself run out accidentally, then my feet will start swelling until I can start taking this regularly again. I don't know what exactly it is that is working I just know that it does. I hope this review helps out. I usually do not review something unless it's really good or really bad, and this is really good! Give it a try if you have feet swelling. I was bothered by the fact that the listing of ingredients was different than that on the bottle, and there was one that was possibly a wheat derivative. I didn't know if the ingredient had been added, and they hadn't changed the "gluten free" label, so I had to check for my safety. They were very prompt in responding, letting me know that the maltodextrin was derived from corn. The product is effective, I lost 2 lbs of water weight in 3 days. I recommend you be sure to drink lots of water with this product.

I am a small framed woman (5'4). Over the course of one year, I was gaining weight like crazy...nothing changed in my diet, I exercised regularly and still I continued to balloon. Here's what worked for me: *I took one pill/day (with or with out food) for one week, then stopped taking it for one week. Since it's a diuretic, it will make you have to pee a lot, It was kind of distracting for me to be running to the bathroom that much while at work, so I did one week on, one week off. Also, if you don't drink water throughout this process, you risk becoming dehydrated. I sipped water with lemon all day every day, probably drinking a half gallon of water/day. *I continued to eat realistically healthy. I did not want to punish myself by denying the foods and drinks I enjoy (bacon...wine...cheese) Lol. The key was moderation. *I went on the elliptical for 30 minutes 2X week. I would visit the sauna for 10 minutes after I exercised. I continued to drink water while sitting in the sauna as well. I ended up shedding the water weight (30 lbs) and feeling AWESOME on my wedding day! I will continue to buy this product forever! THANK YOU ZHOU NUTRITION for making an excellent product.

My first use I seen results of the swelling in my body going down. (I took one capsule) I reread the reviews, once I received this product, and I saw a reviewer said he/she took two capsules. 😳😲😬 Chiiiillleeee! No no no, at least for me. 🤦🏽‍♀️ This was my third day using this product and I was out in the world and BAYBAY I had to use the bathroom and it felt like my water broke, 👀 I’m not pregnant. So I went back to one capsule at a time 😂😂😂…I also like this product because of the extra dandelion and potassium added, which has its own benefits. **Disclaimer*** The instructions on the bottle says to take 1 capsule a day. I tried two capsules on my own. Stick to the directions.

I have minor ankle swelling as a result of my sedentary desk job. I have tried everything. Compression socks. Frequent breaks. Elevation. Nothing has cured me of this issue, though dandelion tea helps a tiny bit. I tried this, hoping that one day I might be able to wear sandals to work without fear of cankles. No luck. I have been taking this for two weeks and have noticed zero effect. I don't pee more or less, and it doesn't affect my bloating at all. Ankles are still hideous cankles by 5 pm. It didn't cause any negative effects, at least.

I took this product because of lymphedema, which is genetic and in my case, not related to cancer treatment, thankfully. Basically my feet and legs swell even though I'm otherwise healthy and exercise. I'm not supposed to take major diuretics because I also have low blood pressure, and so this herbal supplement helps. I notice that when I run out of this supplement, my legs and feet are significantly more swollen than when I'm taking this supplement. So I keep taking it. I've been on it for about six months in all. I'm expecting to be taking this indefinitely unless I have to start taking a stronger diuretic as I get older. Good luck to all of you - btw I still wear compression socks and I exercise like crazy. I've found that exercise, walking or biking, is the biggest help with this problem, and that the supplement and compression socks are a distant second.

A scary product I only took it for a day and the product interfered with my blood pressure medicine which is the cause of peripheral odema I think I'll still stick to wearing the compression socks
