I am giving 3 starts due to delivered early than expected. However when we tested the toner, the page was completely dark so we had to returned it for credit...........Previously, I ordered toners from Laser Tek Services and had no issues so maybe it was defected toner. Update: We ordered 2 more toners in August 2016 and there is no issues with toner this time. Although this is re-stocking item and I had to do the test run and it printed out fine. My complain this time is that when I inserted the toner into the printer, I had to take out out few times to fit in the printer, otherwise, it will not print. Other than that, there is no problem.

Worked great right out of the package...Only issue I can say anything about so far is that the printer definitely recognized that this is not a HP original product. I ordered it when we were just starting to run low on toner so I would be okay if needing to return. I can say that I will buy again for sure and am very impressed with the savings.Am now ordering my 4th Cartridge...Still preforming just as good as the originals we paid so much more for. Very Satisfied, upgrading from 4 to 5 stars.

I ordered two and one was leaking tons of black powder everywhere and the other was making a loud thumping noise once in the printer...so much so the printer would not accept it. It is cheap, but I figured 1 of 2 would work. However, customer service is sending replacements.

Disappointing... mostly. The first one I purchased made an awful noise and wouldn't print evenly and was leaking toner. A replacement was sent and it worked great. The yield was wonderful, even coverage on the printing. Decided to try remanufactured again. This third cartridge was in an open package, the pull tags removed, and toner everywhere. It is being returned. After the first one, I called Laser Tek directly and they said this particular cartridge had a very low failure rate and they were surprised. I can't fault them for the opened package, but I hesitate to order again.

Shipped quickly and worked as well as factory toner cartridge. I had been ordering HP laser toner cartridges from another company, but I was shipped the wrong cartridge, which I sent back and received a replacement cartridge that was different than the factory HP cartridges.Laser Tek fit just like an HP cartridge.

I order all our printer cartridges through Laser Tek and received this specific one broken and leaking toner. I was very sad to see that I was unable to return the toner (just want a replacement) since it's past the 30 day return policy. I buy back-up toners for our office, so the toners don't always get opened right away. It's a defective product and I just want a replacement.

Works so far. One month and still going on strong. The price assuming it's a high yield is worth it.

Big Time disappointment, Product came up all leaking with black powder in and broken state.Got all my hands and clothes dirty as soon as I opened the package. Please check the pictures for proof.
