I wanted to buy one and stick it in my car, what’s the best way to mount it to the dashboard?

There’s special gorilla mounting clay for that but if it’s hot where you live the pop figure will melt too. That’s what happened to me lol

Depends on the size of the mason jar. These are roughly 6 inches tall

what is the difference between the limited edition and the multi-colored version?

The Original Pop is the one listed as "Multi-Color." There is no limited edition one. There is a black & white version but that's in the Black Album Cover Funko Set which comes with all the band members.
