Great taste
Amazing flavour from these coffee beans. I have received so many compliments on my home roasted coffee since I started using these beans. I will definitely buy more as the price is excellent for an excellent bean.

Good quality
Suprised. Bought this as a taster for my new roaster and it's really nice coffee. Great for filter and espresso. Nice penutty light roast and a nice smooth medium/dark roast.

Good Quality Beans
These coffee beans seem to be a good quality. The roast needs to be taken high and then the flavour development is excellent. Nice refreshing taste with good acidity and balance with medium body.

Nice taste, after careful roasting.
I used my slow cooker, on a high heat, stirring frequently. Did the job, but had to do it in two shifts. About 12 hours later the beans were cooked. <edit> I am now cooking faster, in a cast iron pan, using a potato masher as a stirrer. The slow cooker was good but just took too long. But either way, I'm still buying these beans because they're so very tasty and so well priced. i can't believe there are not more reviews - are people too scared to roast their own beans? it's easy, just set aside 30 mins for stirring and keep blowing the husks off, then toss in a colander to cool and remove the remaining husks. Do a few hundred grammes at a time. Very nice, smooth flavour. Grinds very fine, so fine in fact that I had to take my grinder up three notches because it was taking so long for the water on my Gaggia to force its way through. I may well purchase again, though am tempted to check out the options also. But would definitely come back to these beans, very pleasing.
