Great gate and very sturdy. Our little one hasn't started walking yet, however opening and closing of gate is nice and simple even when I have bubs in my arms. Decent size width as most I found I would have needed to get an extension which would have taken the cost up quite a bit. Well worth the price.

OKish Serves a purpose and had to cut some rails as dog (puppy) could still get through. Great product though and works well.

Well worth it. Very easy to install and use. Once installed the gate is very sturdy and and strong. Our little boy likes to use it to help him stand up and there is no issue about it holding his weight. I certainly recommend this product for anyone keeping their little mobile bundle of mischief safe around the stairs.

Bought nearly 2 years ago. still going strong used as a stair gate for my dogs as my Pug cannot get back down the stairs due to be scared of them!

It does the job, but a bit noisy when you open it.

Do not buy this item as this is not safe at all. I bought this a month ago and last week I have realised that one of the fixing to the wall/stair has broken. the plastic piece has snapped at the connection to the threaded rod. This is a major defect of this product and put your child at risk. Luckily i have noticed it before it gave up completely, if that has happened while my son is holding to it, he will end up at the bottom of the stairs. I wish I can give ZERO stars... I am writing to amazon as well regarding this as this is not safe to be sold...
