We had a few parties outdoors and I was picking up wrappers and little garbage after each event. Bought a few inexpensive black plastic garbage cans for the property and using these signs as a friendly reminder above the cans. My husband says the cans and signs look like something you'd see in a park not a home, but for me it was a good alternative to picking up everyone's trash after an event. My girlfriend made the comment that she was walking around and needed to throw away some trash and turned around to find it right there on the tree so she could empty her hands. She said it was just like a park but to her it was a positive perspective that was appreciated to which I also agree.

I like that the sign is big enough for someone to see it. Hopefully they will take the hint.

Does the job. What can you say about a sign lol? Seems to help a bit with motivating people to do better. Sign is as promised as far as design.
