I grew up with this movie and was so excited to show my kids

One of those movies that I could watch repeatedly is this one. In this movie, Sandler really demonstrates both his incredible talent and the multiple facets of the character. Although it is a little older, the film itself never grows stale. It is intended for adults because it contains situations that are offensive to kids, as well as language that is coarse and sexual content that includes Hooter girls.Sandler plays the role of the father figure for a little boy in this movie who is allegedly the child of his roommate, who is engaged to another lady. In an effort to preserve his friend's new relationship, and to protect the child, Sandler pretends to be the boy's father.This movie will make you chuckle repeatedly. It also evokes a wide range of other emotions. The storyline, characters, and even the soundtrack are all excellent, making it a very well-done film.

It’s not fauly he cant read!

One of my favorite Adam Sandler movies. This movie is hilarious. My daughter loved this movie as a kid as well. Now that she is a teen she loves Adam Sandler but always calls him big daddy. She says that's the only way she could remember him.

Adam Sandler is hilarious

The blu-ray itself is good. I would rate it a 4/5 on video and 4/5 on audio. The movie is very good and most have probably seen it by now. I believe it is one of Adam Sandler's best movies because of him working with the twins in this one. He has his normal crew like he has for all Happy Madison produced movies, but the story is a little different than usual for him. He assumes the father role for a kid who claims to be the child of his roommate (a very young Jon Stewart) who is engaged to be married to a different woman. He tries to pretend to be his father to try and protect his friend's relationship. Having the kid element in the movie is so funny and Sandler is great at working with them (the Sprout twins). I would give the movie a 4/5, I couldn't really give an Adam Sandler movie higher than that but it is one of his best.

Great movie. No skipping or anything.

The music the Nostalgia. The first Adam Sandler film I watched. Its a master piece with some emotion, comedy and Adam Sandlers of course

Adam Sandler over the years has had a number of films that really do miss the mark but for me this is one of his better offerings. I found this had a nice story to it, was well cast & acted and for me delivered an enjoyable watch. Funny, heartwarming and overall a good film.

Let’s ignore the modern Adam Sandler movies and just agree that the old ones are the best, This one’s high up the list and could be one of the best. It's got everything a movie needs, it's funny, emotional and really drags you into the story. Best of all too, one of the main characters is a child who isn't annoying! It really does make you laugh so many times throughout the movie

Love this film I was 1 when this was released seen it many times on Netflix etc but wanted my own copy of it.

A timeless classic. Perhaps the best Adam Sandler film out there! None stop laughter, anyone who is a fan of his work or is a DVD collector in general needs this! NEEDS!
