New for HP Probook 650 G1 655 G1 Keyboard with Frame No Pointer US 738697-001

You get what you pay for I suppose. Just installed this keyboard (almost two years after purchasing as a spare). The space button is four inches long, but only works when you press somewhere in the middle 2" (one inch dead on each end of the long button). Many of the normal sized keys don't work if you hit them anywhere other than dead center. Probably fine for someone who just hunts and pecks, but not for someone who types at any speed.Even if it worked right, it's missing the metal brackets on the back that allow it to properly align and stay in place snugly so it doesn't sit flush in its spot.Keyboard I was replacing had about 4-5 buttons that didn't work well. Putting it back in will be an upgrade over this one. :(FWIW: Application is an HP Probook 650 G1. Ordered this one as the keyboard layout is almost exactly like the original. We have about 20 of these laptops that I maintain, and I have successfully swapped many keyboards and screens. Haven't found a third party keyboard I like as much as the original HP part yet, but the others at least worked.
