I bought this as I have read it can be beneficial to your skin, improve KP and eczema. I have now taken a month worth of these and my skin has improved although only slightly. I can't say if it is down to these as I have done other things to help improve my skin. What I did notice though is that my nails and hair have grown quicker and are much stronger than they have ever been before. I haven't taken any other supplements so I am assuming it is down to these. As for the other benefits of turmeric I am generally healthy anyway so haven't noticed much difference. However I will be buying more of these. For what it has done for my hair and nails alone is pretty impressive. Quick delivery too.

I use all but thier D3, hoping they increase the IU per dose.. This is brilliant the amount of Circumin 95% plus tumeric root and more. most reliable source i could find some companies are selling people tumeric. Together are very trustworthy and reliable in regards to quality.

I’ve been taking tumeric supplements for years so I don’t know for sure if it works. Occasionally, I run out and just couldn’t be bothered to purchase it. I do feel more run down and I seem to feel better when I take it. It sort of helps with pain in my knees and my asthma.

Have read a lot about the benefits of taking curcumin, so wanted to try it out for no other reason than to improve general health. These tablets are very easy to take, have no after effect and I love the smell, which oozes quality.Unfortunately I have no way of scientifically testing these capsules out, I have taken them for 30 days now and feel fine, but I come from good health anyhow. I don't believe any supplement has dramatic effects, so always take miracle cures with a pinch of salt..or curcumin.The potential benefits of taking this are big, so I have ordered more of these, and will keep taking them.

I read that Curcumin & Turmeric were useful for eczema. I have it on the backs of my hands and they get really uncomfortable and the skin cracks during the winter, especially around the knuckles. This was the only thing I changed regarding the treatment of the eczema and only took one a day. The results are incredible and we're visible from day 2/3. I'm now on day 5 and the difference is unbelievable, I'm really pleased with this discovery. Definitely recommend this for eczema and will continue to purchase.

being of Indian origin we eat tumeric on a daily basis and ive never had issues with it. I've tried tumeric capaules from other brands and always been fine. This brand caused serious swelling in my legs. Makes me wonder if its pure. Never again.
