Not the best tasting - but great value!
Like others, I take protein shakes for the protein, not for the taste. This is great value, really good stuff from a name-brand and it mixes very well in either water or almond/oat milk. The taste is not the best compared to other brands. I would describe it as very nutty with a hint of cocoa. It's not sweet, but you can change this by adding additional things to your shake if needed. For the price, ease of mixing, and being a quality product from a brand I think this is great if you aren't fussy about flavour.

ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING
I bought this brand as purely as a trial and curiosity over my current more expensive brand to see if i could save some moneyBIG MISTAKE this brand is so revolting,IN NOW WAY THIS TASTES OF CHOCOLATE IN ANY WAY and is not as described, I have only had 2 shakes from this pouch and cannot face a 3rd.It has left me feeling physically ill. After consuming this I am convinced that chemical waste from the petroleum industrial would likely taste better than this muck, i have no clue what the foul chemical taste is but it surely cant be good for you, its easy to mix as the taste, texture, consistency and viscosity is so runny its like drinking polluted water from a third world country.Sorry but 99% of the bag is now for the landfill, i would flush it down the waste disposal or even the toilet but i am sure i would risk a fine for pollution from the water board.I wont be buying this ever again and i advise you also to stay clear because their are so many better brands out there.JUST DON'T

It’s tastes pretty bad
When I tried it I had already prepared myself for a nasty experience but actually said, “Oh my”. It’s pretty horrible. There’s an overpowering taste of hazelnut, no chocolate. I tried adding cocoa powder and caramel flavouring, didn’t help. I think the hazelnut flavouring is masking something more foul, so they really overdid it. The texture doesn’t help. I blitzed it in a blender and it’s still very grainy. I’ll drink it because it’s good for me, but I definitely won’t be getting it again. You don’t have to suffer to be healthy. And you don’t have to be a princess to have functioning tastebuds.Edit: I couldn’t bring myself to drink it as a shake but found it actually tastes really good if you make protein balls with it. I blitzed mine in a food processor with almonds and walnuts (any would work), dates, and added a little water to help it clump together, sweetened with a little honey and it actually tastes a bit Ferrero Roche. I dipped mine in dark chocolate but you could cover them completely and it’d be a treat. Tastes like praline, it’s yummy. The hazelnut taste is validated this way and you avoid the bad texture of a shake with it. Just in case anyone bought it and can’t tolerate it as a shake…I did roughly:50g protein powder40g nuts50g dates15g honey2 tablespoons waterRoll in to balls, dip bums in dark chocolate and set them on parchment paper to set.Play with it :)

Does what it needs too
Firstly you get what you pay for, it doesn’t taste great nor mixes well, but saying that it doesn’t taste disgusting as others are saying and if you have an electric blender then that’s another problem solved. These are supplements they are an aid to your nutritional needs so think of them as that, medicine, if medicine helps you why would you care what it tastes like.

Absolutely nothing wrong with it.
Firstly, it's probably not worth 5 stars but as it's been unfairly marked down I'm evening up the balance. There is a nutty taste to it but hey it's chocolate hazelnut and I like praline so marking it down because you don't like the taste is a bit childish. "Why have you given that Ferrari 5/10"? "Oh because I don't like the colour". Go figure. To be fair the taste isn't what I would call delicious but then it's not disgusting. It's OK.Is it bitty? Not really but then I use an electric hand whisk and do two at a time in a jug using almond milk so the result is very satisfactory in the smoothness stakes. If you're using a shaker, firstly they don't work and secondly even milkshakes are blended not shaken as the name may suggest so even a "shake" blends so don't be lazy.I can't comment on the amount of protein or other ingredients as I don't have a home lab to test it. I'm a little old fashioned and trust that in this country products contain what they say they contain or risk being prosecuted and going out of business. And for a tenner which is a third the price of other brands why be so picky? If prepared right and you're not a princess regarding taste (add chocolate sauce if you must) it is perfectly acceptable and you've got £20 spare to buy an electric hand whisk!I alternate protein powders depending what's on offer and if I'm on a budget as there's something more pressing I need. This is a cheap and satisfactory solution.

Absolutely disgusting
Tried it once and couldn't finish it, horrible flavour and didn't mix well at all, very lumpy/grainy. Gave it one more go with a different type of milk and even used a blender to mix it - still disgusting so threw a full 1kg bag in the bin. My only benchmark is Bulk Powders, which tasted pretty good and mixed really easily (by hand with a shaker) so will just go back to that. Can't understand how there are any remotely positive reviews for this product.

Love this stuff: good value, complete, non-meat, nice flavour, mixes well
Mixes with water far more easily than whey. Nice taste. You do need a bit more water because if too concentrated it's like drinking foam. No worries about lactose intolerance (or inducing one). If you drink these things for the taste you're in a different market to me; this is functional protein from a reputable brand and good value.

proteine vegane dall'eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo

Consigliatissimi
