I love wearing thong sandals but sometimes the piece between my toes tend to irritate that area and becomes sore and uncomfortable. I have tried various tapes and Band-Aids for that area between my toes as well as things to actually put on the strap to cover it but most do not stick well at all or for a very short period of time. . I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. I cut off a thin strip and remove the sticky backing and place it between my toes and no more irritation! Works like a charm! Moleskin is very soft and this really sticks even in hot weather. I accidently forgot to remove it before taking a shower and then noticed it when I started to wash my feet and couldn't believe it was still sticking very well even when so wet. It is not uncomfortable to remove. Pulls off very easily. Can be used for many things such as inside shoes to prevent rubbing or I used a very thin piece on my glasses to keep them from irritating. So glad I tried this. Very ample size, too.

I wear ankle-foot orthotics for a medical condition. The strap around my skin rubs my skin raw without moleskin. Over a period of time, the moleskin will get used up and pill. I've tried many varieties of moleskin. Some last just a few days. Some last a week or two. Then I bought this brand. I've been using the same bit now for well over 2 weeks with no problems. That's 2+ weeks of daily exercising and long walks as part of my PT. It sends like a silly thing to be impressed by something so seemingly basic as moleskin, but I am with this product. This will be my go to going forward.So if you wear AFOs and are looking for a good moleskin to reduce the rubbing from the shin straps, in my experience, this is the one to buy.

I recently used this moleskin tape on a 10-day backpacking trip. Honestly, I am not sure I would have survived without it. This is identical to regular moleskin, the only difference is it’s on a continuous tape. It made wrapping my feet much easier than the normal method of using pieces of moleskin & then taping them in place. It never once shifted or wrinkled. CON: It’s big. About the size of a roll of toilet paper, but it was worth its weight in gold.

This tape used to be a quality tape worth it's price but now is a cheaply made tape not worth buying. I've been buying this tape for a year and the latest order was very disappointing due to the drop in quality of the tape. I cut the tape into a custom shape for use on the bottom of my foot for support as an external plantar fascia. The picture shows the cut new tape on the left verses the cut old tape on the right. The new tape feels thinner because it is thinner. The new tape is not as adhesive as the older, higher quality tape purchased just last August. I will not be buying this tape going forward.

I bought this to use on the edges of my daughters body cast, it was very easy to cut without fraying. Dried very well and my daughter has zero complaints about it being itchy or irritating.
