I have a Canon D1620 scanner/printer and it was making a lot of horizontal smudges all across the page but at random vertical positions. It was also echoing images in some parts. Went through several much cheaper replacements with the same problem. I finally broke down (and went broke) and bought this OEM product. Very expensive, but it works!

I buy these ahead so I have one on hand when one is empty. I purchased this several months ago and just now put it in my printer. I have toner all over the inside of my copier now, this seems to be a fraudulent item. When I researched how to identify a authentic canon toner cartridge from a fraud, it said the word Canon should be imprinted in the plastic, this one just has a label.

great product, but very expensive. While it was a little less money on Amazon, other replacement cartridges are available at a fraction of the cost.

The one end of the wheel is broken and won't work!! Should have known when package came destroyed and had a red sticker as it was returned before!
