Q: Can these be used directly on the skin?

You can use it on the skin directly in very small quantity. If used to often, too much at the same spot your skin can get a bit irritated or burn which means you need to back off.

Q: Can these be used undiluted in a diffuser. So, I do not need to add water just the oil? I would be using for a car diffuser.

These are SO STRONG! I don’t think I’d suggest that.
