The scroll feature broke in 3 months of use
The mouse is suppose to help into relieving agronomic related strains in your hand. As the mouse already broke with 3 months of use, I am not in position to judge it's effectiveness on that aspect. The product promises too many functions but compromises on basic quality. The scroll button stopped to function properly after 3 months. Stay away, look for other product.

Easy to hold, good ergonomics
Easy to hold. Often it happens that movement is sometimes restricted if some part of your palm is not resting on the table top. Buttons could have been made longer to be able to press from anywhere.Played Horizon Zero Dawn with this one. Was able to take down enemies, without much issues. However, I recommend this more for office use as prolonged use can create a wrist pain and this mouse would be more helpful....

Value ergonomic mouse
Would highly recommended this mouse. Compared to other ergonomic vertical mouse this one is reasonably priced. I’ve been using it for around a year and have not had any issues. I found it hard to use the original left click button with forefinger but found an easy way to remap left click to right click. Therefore now use the middle finger button to make the left click now. I’ve not had a single issue with the scroll wheel. Would definitely buy again.I think I have big hands and still find it comfortable to hold and use. I spend around 8 - 10 hours daily using this mouse

Very good
Comfortable. Good for medium sized hands. Sturdy. Can feel the difference in usage. A bit pricey for a wired product. Would recommend if you do not care for cost but comfort

Fairly good though slightly small for me
I bought this mouse for my MacBook Air (mid-2013).On the whole, it's pretty good. It feels solid and I can get a good grip. It comes with a detachable plate to wrest the end of your hand on. It seems to move well (at least across my wooden desktop). The scroll wheel has a click feel rather than a smooth feel, which I prefer. The only slightly annoying thing for me is that it is a fraction too small for my hand. It's not so small that I want to send it back but it would have been nicer to have a slightly larger version. To give people some idea, my hand is 9cm wide (measured across the back of my hand). Forefinger and middle finger are 8cm and 8.7cm respectively. I found that with that finger length my fingers extended beyond the end of the mouse buttons if I was gripping the mouse tightly. This doesn't prevent the mouse from being usable as far as I'm concerned but for those who like fingertip control of their mouse buttons, it may be an issue.I found that my thumb settled quite nicely between the back and forward buttons on the side of the mouse (my thumb is 2.4cm wide) but that's not really a great issue for me as those two buttons don't work on a Mac.The DPI button on the top of the mouse gives you 3 levels of sensitivity. Just use trial and error until you find the level that works for you. It's another minor annoyance that there is no visual indication of what the DPI is.Overall I'm happy with it and I'll keep it

Probably best ergonomic mouse out there with 2 [fixable] flaws. 3 YEARS UPDATE: NOT RECOMMENDED
Obviously these kinds of mice is always a compromise, however after trying several similar devices this one worked the best for wrist pain, just wished it was little larger.I definitely recommend this to everyone with wrist pain problems.Having said that, this mouse have weird problem of being *heavy*. They did this on purpose, I dont know why - probably to "feel" more expensive. Inside, they have two additional weights (see photo), which add noticeable strain on wrist. Also, sometimes you need to pull the mouse up, and it is very hard to do, so you accidentally press those additional buttons on the left side and your browser page disappears - all because they added these two bricks insideGood news is this is fixable, just open up the mouse (two additional screws sit hidden under two "sliders"), there should be 4 screws total - remove bricks and enjoyUPDATE 2, after 10 months.Mouse wheel started to fail, I disassembled it again and checked it. It turns out it actually *DESIGNED TO FAIL* with the time: rubber "tire" will lose traction with the plastic wheel, supporting it. Good news is - this is fixable too, if you "loosen" stopper that holds the wheel. As the result, mouse wheel will start working again, but you wont hear the click anymore (I still dont understand why they needed it in the first place). So now mouse is working great now.Overall it is crazy that customers have to remove stuff from products to make them work better ...UPDATE after 3 years of use.Purchased two, both died eventually.I switched to trackball mouse - turned out this is a much better option both ergonomically and functionally. I never expected that trackball can improve mouse speed and precision. All pain eradicated *completely* and does not feel like a compromise. I finally decided to ditch traditional (moving) mice, vertical or otherwise, so I can not recommend this (type) of mouse anymore.

Great Mouse for high DPI users (Data Techs, CAD, and GIS)
Love, love, LOVE this mouse! I bought this mouse about 2 months ago now and wanted to wait to see if I liked it before I made my review. I do fine detail GIS work every day and needed an ergonomic mouse with adjustable DPI. After days or research and reading the reviews on Amazon and watching You Tube videos, I decided on this one. I love the weight of it in my hands. I use it on the 2nd to highest DPI setting. I love the removable palm guard on the bottom. I love the size and position of the right and left click. If I could give half stars, I would take half a star off for the scroll wheel: I accidentally click it some times. Also, while I prefer wired mouses, the wire on this bad boy could be longer. AND I don't think it works on USB 2 ports. The daily pain in my wrists is gone and hopefully with daily use my wrist sensitivity will be gone too! I will update this post as I use the mouse.UPDATE: 6 months after purchase and I still love this mouse. No obvious flaws that I can complain about. I still enjoy the weight in my hands, I got a USB cord extender and now have no problems with the length of the cord. I no longer click the scroll wheel by accident. I also feel like my accuracy is getting better every day I use this mouse. I used to leave a regular mouse attached to my PC for fine motor movements, but I unplugged that about 2 months ago and haven't needed it since. My wrist pain is almost completely gone and only comes back when my hands get extremely cold.UPDATED UPDATE: 1.5 years and running, this mouse is still awesome. Starting to feel the left click go. Its a little soft. But for the price of the mouse, it was well worth it and when the time comes, I will be buying another. No hand or wrist pain at all, compared to before I bought this mouse. So worth it.
