This rash cream is an absolute DREAM! My newborn has basically had a rash since we brought her home due to constant pooping, every sneeze, every cough, every time we blinked she pooped. I tried everything, changed diaper brands, changed her diapers about 20 times a day while using desitin/Boudreaux butt paste/neosporin/hydrocortisone/a&d, soaked her hiney in the sink several times a day. Some of these things would help but I could never get the rash to go away completely. The skin was broken and just wouldn’t heal. Desperate, I scoured the internet and read in an article this was best for broken skin, it was pricey but if it could help my baby it would be worth it. This stuff healed her broken skin in less than 48 hours. I am now a loyal pinxav customer for life! I’m telling all my mommy friends. I use a layer with every diaper change and it’s so protective. It’s like the poop can’t get to her skin when this pink miracle cream is covering it. I didn’t receive anything in exchange for my review...it’s just that good I had to write a book about it. Disclaimer: try not to get it on clothes, it stains...but who cares when my baby’s bottom is healthy?!

I had never heard of this product before two years ago when it was gifted to us for out new baby. After researching it a bit I realized that this product was for SO much more than just diaper rash. We love it so much. Works amazing on small cuts and scrapes as well. My mother-in-law, sister-in-law, my husband, and I all use this product for the babies and grand babies in the family and it works so great. Clears up diaper rash better than anything I've ever used before. Also works on minor burns to help soothe and heal!!

When our kids were babies, we were turned on to this product for diaper rash. Ever since we can not do without. Now we gift it for everyone we know having a baby. It is by far the best product, wish it was better available. Even years later, our youngest still ask for tickle cream, which we called it so we could apply it on their sore behind, that they need relief. Love this and can not get enough of it.

This product is not only good for babies behinds, but we are using it for shingles. It heals them quickly.

Thankfully I found this on Amazon! I grew up in Ohio and last time I was there I bought a couple of Jars!Gave them to my grown up children to use for their family!We grew up using this on EVERYTHING! It takes out the soreness on those paper cuts on the fingers.Use it for fishing injuries, blisters you name it! Slap some of this on with a bandage and the next day you're good to go!

The pediatrician recommended this stuff and it works wonders on diaper rashes. This is an amazing deal for how large the containers are

We were gifted this cream when our baby was born but we had other creams as well. I would use this one for the night and during the day baby had a little rash on her butt immediately put this one by next diaper change it had improved rapidly. Decided to only use this cream and baby has NEVER had a rash since. I personally burned myself with a curling iron pretty bad and this cream helped speed up the healing process. Only downside is that it gets on fabrics and tough to take out but hand washing with hot water and dish soap I’ve been able to remove it, I saw this on other reviews.I love the tub to keep at home but the top part is terrible to properly close. It doesn’t twist properly and in shipping it usually opens and spills. Hoping this next order Im about to place they’re doing a better job at least at fastening the top. It’s not big deal enough for me to stop using it.
