I have an 80 lb English lab. What size will best fit him for the halti opti fit?

I would agree that a Medium should fit your dog. They seem to be generously sized and adjustable. Works wonderfully on our young German Shepard mix rescue. He is a large, strong puller and it has made exercising him on leash a pleasure. It is unfortunate that sizing information is not included here.
