I really like using coconut flour because it is carbsmart for diabetics versus all purpose flour. It has a light texture and taste. I have used it for cookies and pie crust.

It tastes great! I used it to make the base for kimchi. It does soak up liquids really quickly. Just add your liquids for the consistency needed for your recipes. I like that it doesn't impact the glycolic index for diabetics. I look forward to using it for baking. I It's not bleached, so it has a faint coconut smell, which is delicious, and a pleasant taste. I can only imagine the possibilities.

Great quality product with fantastic nutritional contents (fiber, low-sodium, low-fat, etc). The bag never clasped shut for me, but I just roll it up and hold it with a rubber band to make it work. Makes a great batch of pancakes with a slight hint of coconut. Recommended!!!

This product is exactly what it should be. I have been using it to bake and it has been absolutely delicious. The 16 oz size is ideal as you don't go through coconut flour as easily or quickly due to its absorbency. Will definitely be repurchasing.

I've been using coconut flour for years. I just happened to pick up this brand this time. Haven't used it yet but I'm assuming it won't be too different from previous brands used.

Packaged well. Seems fresh. I mixed this with almond flour and muffins turned out well. I haven't tried using this on its own yet.
