I am notorious for not pulling something out for dinner. So many last minute trips to store for meat. This really works. Thoroughly thawed chicken in 1.5 hrs.

A long time ago, I learned a trick for defrosting meat quickly. Put it on an inverted iron skillet. The problem is, my iron skillet would only hold a small amount of meat. When I found this Blazin' Thaw tray, I had to try it. By golly, it works even better than the old iron skillet! I can put up to 6 burger patties on this, and in less than an hour (usually around half an hour) they are thawed enough to cook! Even a rock-hard frozen-solid chuck roast is no match for this tray. I can get the roast out when I remember it around lunch time, and by the time I need to get it on stove, it's ready to go. That makes my meal prep so much easier. The tray is a slick surface, I've never had anything stick to it, and it washes off easily. The instructions say it's dishwasher safe, but I hand wash mine as soon as I get the meat off, and it's never needed anything more, so I've never put it in the dishwasher. The silicone ends keep juices from running onto the counter, so you don't have to disinfect the whole kitchen, and they have little feet on them to keep the tray up off the surface, allowing air to circulate underneath, which helps speed thawing. I love this thing. If you're terrible at remembering to take the meat out of the freezer like I am, you need this tray!

This works like a charm! The only issue I had was when the meat thawed out. Blood leaked onto my kitchen countertop, which was a bit of a mess.

Great item at a reasonable price. Very good quality aluminum. I like the silicone edges that serve as both feet and drip blocker.

We are not planners, and we got this for last minute dinner decisions. It’s a miracle worker! Such great quality. And really defrosts meat in no time. Very happy with my purchase.

There's a lot to like about this product. It's well made and nicely finished, it's a great size so it's easy to store, and it thaws frozen items very efficiently. I also like the design since it catches any liquids produced by the thawing process to keep the mess to a minimum.HOWEVER, I've had two of these and both of them are slightly warped. They do not sit flat on my counter surfaces (which are COMPLETELY flat granite). They rock slightly back and forth. Not a deal-breaker, but annoying nonetheless and the reason for my 3-star rating.

This is a great solution for the "oh crap, I forgot to pull out something for dinner". It works , it really works as advertised. We actually use it several times a week. I have thawed everything from a large roast to a package of hotdogs (grandson). This is a no brainer purchase.

This thawing tray thawed frozen hamburger in 3 hrs. I bought a thawing tray from sharper image for a friend for Xmas, and although the results were the same, the sharper image thawing tray was 4 times as much!
