Personalised Wooden Box -Wedding Photos Bespoke Gift Made to Order Present Keepsake New Lasered Engraved Store Memories

I recently purchased this box for a gift for the other-half. It's part of a larger project that I'm working on for her, and I had some fairly specific engraving instructions for this to work with this project.I was skeptical about this company at first because of the low price for the services and product offered, and had a feeling that the engraving options available would be fairly generic "type your text and choose your font" sort of deal.Regardless, I purchased this box, because it didn't matter necessarily if I could get the design I wanted for this gift to work - the size and style of the box is perfect even if I couldn't send them my own graphic to engrave.After buying, I contacted the seller, providing various copies of the artwork I wanted engraved. I received a response within a day or so from Barbara, advising that they could indeed engrave the artwork I requested, and to the specification I requested, however it would cost a little extra for the exact design I wanted (about £6 extra to equate for the extra engraving time / work hours required to finish the order).Barbara set up a way for me to pay for the additional fees, and provided clear instructions on how to make these payments. She was courteous, patient, and friendly in communications; something which should never be understated, especially when the company has a much more hands-on approach with their product that may require communicating directly with the customer. Barbara more than delivered on the customer service side, so there's another thumbs up from me there.After paying the extra £6, the order arrived with me within about 2 (maybe 3) days. The box itself is fairly plain, made from wood and with a light (pine?) wood effect. (I mean, it could be pine wood. I don't know enough about types of woods to make a clarification on the type of wood. For all I know it's some sort of fake-wood! But it certainly doesn't feel like 'fake-wood').I'm pretty sure I'm going to look into oiling the box to give it a more polished feel, but it looks good as is. The clasp that secures the lid seems pretty sturdy, and gives the box a much more 'expensive' feel.The engraving though. That's where this box, and this company have really stood out. The engraving is flawless. Bang on the money, and from what I can see, is pretty much perfect with the design I requested. The engraving is clearly done with some sort of laser, and has a burnt-in look, which really makes it contrast with the colour of the wood in a striking way.When I saw the box in person for the first time, I was genuinely blown away. It is exactly what I needed, and more, all for a relatively tiny price! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants something truly bespoke. Thanks again to the team!!

Nice sturdy box, beautifully personalised. Wrapped very carefully for transit so thankfully no damages! You are able to varnish, paint etc on the box if you wish to.
