I purchased these with the hope it would help lessen the incredible amount of hair loss that's happening. So far they are good, they have no taste and are easy to swallow. They are very concentrated with viatims but don't upset my stomach. They are on the larger side so taking them with water is a must. Hopefully they help with the hair loss.
