I LOVE this lip balm. All Jane Austen fans should partake! I originally bought this at a gift shop in Galveston, Texas. I loved it so much that I purchased several more here on Amazon. The packaging is adorable! I carried it in the package for days in my purse before I opened it and even tried it. What a lovely surprise to find it to be the perfect lip balm. I use a lot of lip balm and I have purchased dozens in the past only to throw them out for being too sticky, too flavorish, too dry, too medicine-y, etc. This balm is a keeper. It is soft, silky, lightly minty. It leaves my lips moist but not wet or shiny, lightly cooling from the mint, and a light mint taste but not overwhelming. It cost a little more than your average chapstick, but the balm and the packaging is worth it. Seeing the quotes on the balm stick itself always makes me smile. This "Finest Balm" is hands down my favorite. I keep one in my office desk, one in my purse, and one in my nightstand. If I was purchasing a little gift for a friend who loved Jane Austen or good literature, I would definitely get one for them. It will make a great stocking stuffer for the girls in my family next Christmas.

I’ve literally repurchased this lip balm 9 times now since two Christmas’s ago and i can’t stop. It’s so good and buttery smooth and minty and light. I’m literally addictedddd

This is LITERALLY the best chapstick I have ever used. I’m on accutane so my lips get suuuper dry and I was using some blistex deep renewal somethingorother and my lips were constantly cracked and peeling. I happened to forget it one day and my lips were suffering so bad so I bought some of this chapstick from the gift shop of a botanical garden. My life changed that day. By that night my lips were already feeling better. A week of using it and they’re not peeling anymore. I ended up losing it :( so I found it on amazon and bought it. I seriously considered buying 18 so I could have an arsenal in every bag. It’s minty so it still gives your lips that refreshing feel without burning/drying them out more. I seriously don’t know how they do it. If you’re on the fence or sick of all the gimmick chapsticks, BUY THIS ONE.

This is a great item for a gift or gift basket/stocking stuffer. Overall, the lip balm itself is not better or worse than the cheaper options out there.

This balm is for only the most exquisite of lips - not to discriminate, however be warned: heathens, if used, you will find yourself sipping earl grey and roaming the countryside in a quixotic daze. Your newly luscious lips will pout instantaneously and lo! No longer are you a beastly figure dear one, but une oeuvre d'art. Quirky, minty, and super moisturizing.

This is my second tube of this lip balm!! My mom got this for me from a local shop for my birthday because I love Pride and Prejudice, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how much I love the actual formula of the balm-it helped my lips so much!! The packaging is so cute which is a plus but I used my first one until it was empty and I’m back for another.

It’s an okay product. Doesn’t last on the lips long. The packaging was open when I received it. More likely will use it for work.

A la suite d'une hospitalisation, mes lèvres déjà sèches étaient devenues semblables à du papier mâche. Après avoir essayé vainement plusieurs traitements, j'ai pris cette marque, un peu à cause de l'emballage vintage. Et c'est la première qui ait marché. Elle n'est pas miraculeuse... Son parfum est un peu fort, elle est cher, mais c'est la seule qui m'ait rendu des lèvres correctes. En plus, elle est entièrement naturelle, ce qui est rare(même dans le bio)! et elle tient. C'est une valeur sûre
