Tough and light
Used it on a 12 day trek at Philmont. Perfect size for the Philmont tents and did it’s job superbly. Came back in great condition. Folds down small and very light in the pack.

As pictured.
I used this as a ground sheet for a hot tent. It works perfectly. It's light. The grommets held up fairly well to the ice and snow. I'll probably order more of those as they took some damage during our snow then ice then snow again storm.

Noisy but works!
This is an efficient barrier against the ground, but I was unaware of how stiff and noisy it is. Even after washing it as suggested, it still was fairly stiff and noisy. If you're a sound sleeper that should not be a problem. But if you toss and turn during the night as I do, the crinkling noise can wake you up. I just use a tarp, so the sheet goes under my air mattress. But if you used it for under your tent, I don't think you would have the noise issue of the sheet making a crinkling sound ever time you rolled over. But it does work great to guard against moisture.

Well thought out
Pros: Well thought out kit. You cut out the right shape, and then use the self stick straps to complete the ground cloth. The holes in the straps (brass lined) are large enough for most tent poles. Simple concept, but executed very well.Cons: (so far) The Tyvek is very noisy, as in crinkly, I hope after a few uses it loosens up.Update: Ran through the wash a few times, and it's a lot quieter. There was a small amount of shrinkage. Wash first, cut later.

Outstanding solution for tent groundsheet
I was so excited to find this outstanding solution for about one-eighth the cost and less than the weight of the official groundsheet from Marmot for my tent. I cut this to the size I needed and ran it in a cold water wash with no soap, and it came out perfectly wrinkly and soft and still durable, just as everyone recommends. I installed the corner grommet pieces after I lined up this Tyvek sheet underneath my tent and after I did the washing and hang drying process. It's important to do your sizing and size it a teeny bit bigger than you think you'll need because it will shrink a little bit in size.

Purchased to replace my tent foot print
I purchased this to replace the foot print that came with my tent. The material out of the packaging is very stiff and noisy. I washed it twice in hot water and now it's quite, easier to fold/roll and stuff in a sack. I haven't used the included stick on grommets yet but I see no reason they wouldn't work. So far, no regrets with the purchase.

Light weight. Perfect for a ground cloth.
Exactly what I was looking for! Great ground cloth for my Mier Lanshan 2p tent. I like the grommet attachments that came with this. I put it in the washer with some towels and washed in cold water to make it less stiff and not as noisy. Laid out flat and let it dry. Perfect.

LOUD - returning is useless
This item is extremely noisy. When I initiated a return it was approved, but instructions that came with the label said they will deduct shipping, and a 20% restocking fee for an unopened package. Or a 50% restocking fee if the package has been opened. But it also says it will not accept opened packages. It wasn't until I opened the package that i discovered that it is way too loud to use as a ground cover "foot" as it is advertised to be used, so I can forget about a refund.Do NOT buy this product unless you're an extremely deep sleeper and you don't mind being obnoxious to your fellow campers and backpackers by making noise every time you move.
