Great gift

After almost fifty years of using my original bread knife it was so good to have new and sharp.Great.

I buy unsliced bread or make my own. I treated myself to a knew bread knife, the handle on my 20 year old one had fallen apart. I am astonished at how thinly I can slice fresh bread with this knife. No tearing, no squashing and no doorsteps. Arrived punctually.

Needed a longer bread knife, this has a 10 inch blade which is very sharp. Does a great job.Well balanced.

I am delighted with this knife. Extremely well made, ergonomically excellent and a delight to use.The expression of a 'Knife through butter' certainly applies to this breadknife.It slices through soft and delicate beread/cakes etc like no other knife I have ever owned.Crusty and sourdough bread similarly present no problems for this quite brilliant knife -I thoroughly recommend !

I got this knife from the Burrfection recommendation and it was better than expected for the price.Stayed sharp for a few weeks and when it slightly dulled, 20 secs on a chef's choice manual sharpener on the Japanese angle gets its super sharp again. Had looked at many fancy knives but glad I got this as it totally fulfils that need without breaking the bank.

Been slicing sour dough boule loafs since 2024. It's sharp and got great weight to it, sleek and handle is smooth and aesthetic.
