I have hung a swing from a tree branch in my back garden and didn't just want to rely on the rope because it can wear out. Bought these for a more permanent solution, the straps are like car seat belts and the carabiners are decent. No worries about the weight they can take, they are well made. Even comes with a carry bag so can be stored away in winter.

Great product
These straps are like seatbelts with clip hook on end, really easy to use and makes hanging up swings etc from tree really quick & simple without the need of screws etc. Highly recommend, I'm going to buy more for hanging up other swing's. They are strong and sturdy and worth the money

Worn through
Purchased this item about one year ago and set it up as illustrated with straps around a branch. I recently was adjusting the height of the swing and found that the straps were 50% worn through within their width. Also had a similar set up with rope extension on same btranch and I could find no visible wear. Have now replaced worn strap extension with rope.

Snapped after one year, causing injury
This product lasted one year before snapping. The metal part rusted, which then wore through the strap. 8 year old son was on the swing at the time and broke his adult tooth in half. Wife not impressed at all by my choice of swing strap...

Excellent quality, very easy to use.
Used for tree swing, this is third purchase. Original purchase, a year ago for tree swing. Heavily used. Kids spun swing round until it was worn a little, but replacing for safety before it's absolutely necessary. These are not intended for twisting. For straight swinging these will last a very long time. Stress testing is what it's about here :-) do not damage the tree bark.
